New Flagship product takes Synergiq to the Finals
Newcastle based Synergiq have been short-listed to the finals of the North East Business Awards in the Innovation category with their new flagship product Mobliq.
Newcastle-based Synergiq is a well established name in technology circles, providing a range of ICT services and solutions to organisations around the UK.
Ken Taylor, Synergiq’s sales director, explains the background to the launch of Mobliq: “Working with hundreds of organisations of all types and sizes over the years, we saw first-hand the logistical and financial problems that using a paper-based model to manage the activities of a mobile workforce can cause a business.
“We knew there was a real gap in the market for an affordable, user-friendly solution that would transform an unwieldy and potentially risky business infrastructure into a fast, efficient and cost effective operation, no matter how many field-based staff were involved and no matter how complex the organisation’s needs.”
“We used proven technology developed in the USA and took it several stages further to produce a system with a level of functionality more usually seen with a price tag well out of the reach of SMEs.
Mobliq is a unique electronic data collection and transmission system created to meet the needs of organisations managing any type of field-based data and staff ranging from couriers and telecoms technicians to energy surveyors and engineers.
“It also slashes the ‘job to invoice’ time cycle, which has a big impact on cash flow, and provides management with a real-time overview of operations, while an affordable monthly lease puts them firmly in control of costs. Rapid implementation timescales mean businesses can see a tangible return on their investment in around eight weeks.
Because Mobliq quickly becomes a business critical function within an organisation, Synergiq is taking no chances with Security, Performance and Resilience and has formed a partnership with data centre hosting and IT specialists Sunderland-based PCI Services, headed up by technology expert Joe Olabode.
“Many of the leading names in sectors such as energy, telecoms and courier services have been quick to recognise the business benefits Mobliq brings and we foresee particularly high demand over the coming months.”
At the end of its most successful year yet, the company is gearing up to cope with increasing demand for the latest in its series of practical solutions designed to help businesses succeed.
